Megan McLean was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba and spent her early years on Pinaymootang Ojibwe First Nations reservation, her family moved to Colorado in the late 90’s where she was introduced to her first art classes and art inspirations in Monet and Georgia O’Keeffe. It didn’t take long to find love and inspirations in comics and comics cartoons such as Batman: the Animated Series.
Megan earned a BFA in Illustration with a concentration in Sequential Art in Spring '22 from Rocky Mountain College of Art + Design. She's artfully armed with proficient knowledge of Adobe Suite, a Huion tablet, Adobe Procreate as well as training in traditional mediums.
